Zoom Discussion With Michael Dooley Our In House Australia Immigration Consultant. Professional fees in respect of initial 40min virtual consultation in regard to your complex immigration matter. Complex matter may include visa refusal or visa cancellation, s48 bar, s56 official request, deportation etc. You are booking one, 40 minute consultation. Our professional advice is limited to this consultation and does not include follow up queries by telephone, email etc. You will incur further fees for additional consultations or follow up queries. Review of client documents is not included unless we advise otherwise in advance. In the event we are required to consult with the Australia Migration Regulations to clarify any points raised please be aware you will incur additional charges. Additional charges will be advised in advance. You will have the opportunity to make a decision if you wish to proceed. When your payment is receipted we will generate a private link to access the zoom discussion. Note: payments are non-refundable without exception. Please contact us if you wish to reschedule the appointment (fees may apply). All discussions are on a fully confidential basis, your information will not be disclosed to any third parties. Cancellation Policy

OzVisa understands our clients schedule may change at short notice. We are happy to accommodate a change in your booking. Please notify us within 24 hours of your upcoming appointment to request any changes. An alternative booking may be scheduled within 5 days of the original booking. There is an additional Fee of €49.00 to reschedule Face 2 Face meetings. Please note consultation fees should be prepaid and is non-refundable in all cases. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment.
